The license is not clear (in fact there is no license in the download or on this page), and the whooping 441 Mb is because of PSD background. You will need Photoshop to extract separate elements, like that volcano out of that PSD, as they are not available as PNGs. The buildings are separate pngs, so can be imported directly into game, although no characters of the same style are provided, so you have to draw your own, unless you want ghost town. This artist has other packs with villages, but they are in totally different style. TLDR: dear artist(s), please add clear license, a character pack, and get rid of PSDs (we, programmers, at best have only Paint.net).

I cant buy it, maybe you plug-in is too old now. Please fix it.
